Is your roof covered in leaves, pine needles or branches? Are you worried that you or your loved ones could be seriously injured if you climb up on your roof? How long have been putting off your roof cleaning?

Did you know that the increased weight and coverage of loose debris can cause your roof’s membrane to break down over time? How Often Should Roof Cleaning Be Done?

We strongly recommend having your roof and gutters cleaned at least once a year – even if your home does not have any trees within the vicinity. 365 days is more than enough time for unsuspecting debris to accumulate such as loose moss, wind-carried leaves, and detached roof sand.

Generally, for homes and buildings that are surrounded by trees, we recommend having your roof and gutters cleaned at least twice per year.

If you have multiple coniferous (pine and/or cone-bearing) trees in your area, we recommend cleaning your gutters and roof twice a year. Once before/during rainy season in (September/October/November) and once again once all the trees have shed in (February/March)

If you have multiple deciduous (broad leaf) trees in your area, we recommend cleaning your gutters and roof twice a year. Once before rainy/during season in (October/November/December) and once again once all the trees have shed in (February/March)
